ISO Certification
To achieve world-class customer satisfaction, LINFRA is
constantly leveraging its technical excellence, providing
services that meet international standard, and supporting
its customers in the most effective way.
The qualification for the ISO 9001:2000 represents an
essential milestone for LINFRA. The formal deployment
of methods to improve and measure customer satisfaction
is essential in understanding and meeting our customers’
needs and expectations. This is another key objective
for us to prove that our QMS is reinforced by the recognition
of the certification.
Now we have in place the management systems to make sure
that capacity can continue to grow smoothly. While ISO
Certification is a benchmark, Linfra regard it as a continuing
process that requires constant attention to quality and
operations. Our quality staffs are highly dedicated and
independent; they work full time to make sure we meet,
and exceed customer requirements.
